Meatless Monday: Rounding Up Our Favorite Low FODMAP Vegetarian Recipes

Love it or hate it, tofu has always been an amazing source of protein for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. If you do hate it – we dare you to try it our way – we think maybe we can change your mind! This vegetarian recipe showcases Fody’s low FODMAP korean BBQ sauce that soaks right into the tofu, yet allows it to stay super crispy.
Our resident low FODMAP chef, Dede Wilson, set out to create a classic Italian dish, with a low FODMAP twist. What resulted was this delicious low FODMAP Italian pizza. Topped to perfection with gooey goat cheese (although you can also consider adding any of these low FODMAP cheeses), it’s the perfect meal for a cozy night in.
For those of us living in the Northern hemisphere, the weather should be starting to cool right about now – which, means it’s time for a good ‘ole fashioned low FODMAP vegetarian chili recipe. Packed with lean protein, thanks to the lentils, this veggie chili is just as flavorful as the real deal, but totally safe to eat on the low FODMAP diet. The added tempeh gives it that little bit of umami, too.
