For those of us living in the Northern hemisphere, the weather should be starting to cool right about now – which, means it’s time for a good ‘ole fashioned low FODMAP vegetarian chili recipe. Packed with lean protein, thanks to the lentils, this veggie chili is just as flavorful as the real deal, but totally safe to eat on the low FODMAP diet. The added tempeh gives it that little bit of umami, too.
