Fody's Low FODMAP Tikka Masala Vegetable Curry Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Fody Garlic-Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced (low FODMAP serving)
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 2 tsp Fody Tikka Masala Seasoning Blend
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk (canned, full fat)
  • ½ cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • Cooked basmati rice (for serving)

Directions for Fody's Low FODMAP Tikka Masala Vegetable Curry

  • Heat garlic-infused oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add ginger, carrots, bell pepper, and zucchini. Sauté for 4–5 minutes.

  • Stir in Fody Tikka Masala Spice Blend and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
