Description of Fody's Maple Mustard Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

An easy sheet pan dinner made with chicken breasts coated in a simple maple mustard sauce, baby potatoes tossed in Fody’s Every Day Seasoning & tender green beans! It’s quick, easy and perfect for a weeknight meal!

Fody's Maple Mustard Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner Ingredients:

        Directions for Fody's Maple Mustard Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

        Place your potatoes in a large pot and fill it with enough water to cover the potatoes. Then cover the pot and bring it to a boil. Boil for 8 minutes. While the potatoes are boiling, preheat your oven to 400 degrees and spray a large rimmed baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

        Once the potatoes are done parboiling, drain them and let them cool slightly. Then cut each potato in half and place them in a large bowl. Add your olive oil and every day seasoning and toss them to coat. Then place them on a third of your baking pan.

        Next place your chicken breasts in the center of your pan and mix your maple syrup and mustard together. Spread the mixture over your chicken and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

        Once the 10 minutes are up, place your green beans on the remaining part of the pan and season with salt and pepper. Place the pan back in the oven and bake for 10-15 more minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy. (Internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees.)
