Best pasta sauce I've ever had -- low fodmap or not! Never makes me feel nauseous (even after I eat three bowls). Add a little white whine and salt to make it extra delish.
Mixed in some oyster mushroom, fresh basil and oregano and topped with Parmesan cheese and I was in heaven!
I've tried all of the sauces and this is my fav by far. I do always "spice 'em up" by adding sauteed peppers, (oyster!) mushrooms, herbs and a slosh of red wine, etc and nobody notices the lack of onion and garlic.
Don't miss the onions and garlic at all!
