Description of Fody’s Herbed Lamb Chops with BBQ Sauce & Roasted Veggies

Whether you’re hosting family for Easter or you’re looking for an alternative to pork ribs this BBQ season, you are going to love these melt in your mouth lamb chops with roasted vegetables. Coated in Fody’s savory Everyday Seasoning, drizzled with Fody’s Garlic Infused Olive Oil and served with Fody’s Original BBQ Sauce for dipping, you won’t be able to stop yourself from licking your fingers after every delicious bite!

Fody’s Herbed Lamb Chops with BBQ Sauce & Roasted Veggies Ingredients:

        Directions for Fody’s Herbed Lamb Chops with BBQ Sauce & Roasted Veggies

        Pre-heat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking liner.

        Cube potatoes & beets and slice carrots into rounds. Add to a large mixing bowl and toss with Fody’s Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Everyday Seasoning.

        Arrange veggies on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until tender yet still crisp.

        Heat a cast iron skillet on the stovetop over medium heat.

        While skillet warms, mix Fody’s Everyday Seasoning and sea salt in a medium mixing bowl.

        Coat each lamb chop in the seasoning and salt mixture and set aside on a plate. Lightly drizzle 1 tbsp Fody’s Garlic Infused Olive Oil on top, then flip each chop and drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp oil.

        Add lamb chops to the pan (you may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your pan) and grill 2-3 minutes on each side for medium rare.

        Allow lamb chops to rest 3-5 minutes prior to serving. Serve with Fody’s Original BBQ Sauce for dipping.
