Ingredients for Fody’s Low FODMAP Ranch Beef Burgers
- 1 ½ lb. 93% ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Fody’s Unsweetened Ketchup
- 2 tsp Fody’s Ranch Seasoning
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp Fody’s Shallot Infused Olive Oil
- 6 gluten-free buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2-3 lettuce leaves per burger, for serving
- ½ cup sliced pickles
Tangy Sauce:
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Fody’s Unsweetened Ketchup
- Dash kosher salt and pepper
Directions for Fody’s Low FODMAP Ranch Beef Burgers
In a large mixing bowl, add beef, egg, ketchup, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just incorporated, avoiding over-mixing. Divide into 6 patties. With a spoon or fingers, gently make a shallow dent in the top of each burger to prevent it becoming puffed up during cooking.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat, then add oil (you may need to cook burgers in batches based on how large your pan is). Add burgers to pan, then cook 3-5 min per side. Transfer to a plate and allow to rest a few minutes.
Meanwhile, add all Tangy Sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Top each bun bottom with spring mix, burger, sauce, tomato, and pickles.
