Good granola bar

I have been having these on vacation when there isn’t much available for me to eat. They are not as peanut buttery as I had hoped but filling and still tasty to eat.

I don’t tolerate almonds

I shouldn’t have bought these knowing they contained almonds as that is a big trigger for me but I thought since they are low fodmap I would be ok. But I wasn’t. They gave me stomach cramps. I wish they had used macadamia nuts instead as those are very low fodmap even in high servings. Almonds are high fodmap and even though they stayed with a low serving size for very sensitive individuals they don’t work. I wish they had used a safer nut.
