Tasty Snack Bar!

I don't usually like granola bars, because they tend to be high in calories. I bought these to keep in my work bag for when I feel myself getting hangry. It's hard to find snacks that are FODMAP friendly! These surpassed my expectations! Sweet enough for me, and a good texture.

My favourite thing about these bars is that they don't have any cane sugars, which I try to avoid. They still have a lovely sweetness though & are delicious! Plus easy to pop in my bag & take with me wherever I go so I can be ensured of a low-FODMAP snack.

Best Bar Yet!

The Blueberry bar is the best snack bar yet because of it's low fat count compared to the other bars. When containing episodes of IBS, it's important to keep a low fat count. This bar is also very tasteful.
