Great products, poor customer service.

Love Fody’s products. Great taste, no bloat. That being said, the customer service is terrible. I ordered $70 worth of product October 4th, they charged my card October 6th, and my order just arrived today October 21st!! (My package traveled the country.) I called, no one to answer even during business hours, sent multiple emails asking for help … I got an email response 2 days later with 15% off. Really bummed. Not sure I will buy anymore.

Yummy and delicious. No gut ache afterwards. So please this exists!

Shipping not successful.

Two of the three container arrived with caps that had been damaged on the outer edges. There was also signs of leakage in the packaging. The buttons were both up on those containers. We called about this order but did not receive a response. We now have one undamaged container.

Damaged package!!

Still hasn't been delivered!!!! FedEx says "damaged". Your company notified. Awaiting a replacement order!!!!
