Love Love Love these pasta sauces

Had to go on low FODMAP diet and all the sauces I had in my house had onions and garlic☹️ Had to give them them all away, then I discovered Fody’s Foods, what a life saver. Can now have gluten free pasta with ready made sauce,
I don’t even add any additional seasonings! I love that they are in glass jars and in a smaller amount (we’re just two people) than what I had been been buying. Yes, it is more expensive but before I was tossing out 1/2 jars of grocery store sauce that had gone moldy, and now I have ready made sauce handy for times I don’t want to make my own. I buy all the pasta sauces and tomato products.

Vegan Bolognese Pasta Sauce - has walnuts for texture

I really love love this pasta sauce. I can eat this without worrying about too much acid, garlic or onions. The addition of the walnuts for texture and taste, adds a boost of protein as well, so it’s kind of a complete meal with a bit of parm on top. However, in my pantry which is stocked with these (pricey) sauces for convenience, I add labels to the jars with nuts, since I have family members who are allergic. So that’s my cautionary tale. Otherwise , sauce is so very flavorful, sweetness from veggies and texture from the walnuts. Yum


So easy I live alone and freeze in cube trays. That way I can sauce it any time I want with no garlic onion or sugar
