Versatile and Indispensable

Fody Low FODMAP Vegetable Soup Base is a staple item that I keep in stock at all times! I use it as part of my soup stock when making home made chicken broth with a whole chicken with spices and vegetables; Instant Pot Chicken Recipes; Gravies; and boiling a chicken breast for sandwich meat or meal.

Vegetable soup base

This made wonderful soup. I started with 6 cups of water, added 1 1/2 T soup base, then put it sweet potatoes ,white potatoes, baby carrots, celery, zucchini, green beans, and corn, Simmered 30 minutes, then used an immersion blender briefly. Delicious, thick soup!

Yummy Veggie Broth Base

We made stuffing with this stuff and it added great flavor. We also have used it when cooking rice or making a quick easy soup. It is wonderful to have a product that fits into a low Fod-Map diet and is tasty.
