Chicken soup base is awesome

This is an amazing product. I use it in many of my dishes. It makes great instant stock. It also adds a delicious savory umami seasoning to any savory dish. Go easy, a little goes along way. Add before you add any other salt and check to taste. The vegetable base is awesome as well.

This is the ONLY chicken soup base I've found (so far) without onion & garlic, and it's quite good. It has chicken listed as one of the ingredients, so that's a good start! Yes, the salt content is high - but no more than most stock/soup bases. I just omit the salt in recipes when I use it, add a little less at first, then taste it and see if I need to add more. I find a little goes a long way because it's very flavourful. I also love to put a tsp or two in my homemade chicken stock, which is a little bit blander since I had to stop making it with onions. It gives it some pizzaz :)

Easy, yummy!

I remember feeling doomed when I learned that I couldn’t eat garlic and onion when my IBS developed. I found out about FODY nearly 3 years ago and I use their products on a weekly basis. Their chicken stock is simple to use and oh, so yummy! Today for lunch I am having chicken and rice soup using this chicken base.
