Quite good and versatile

The bottom line is that I like this, and some other, dressing. The reliance on herbs is apparent and it has not been engineered to be over the top. Quite fresh tasting but it stays on your palate as you eat your dish. That said, I need to qualify this for others by saying that there's hardly a competing salad dressing out there that IS over the top and containing onion or garlic powder, honey, dextrose or something - all powerful 'mouth-feel' ingredients. Taking the time to back away from that is tough. I rarely add anything to the Garden Herb but it's receptive to that - Fenugreek, ground black lime, etc. Any herbs you like or, and I recommend it, Fody's own Ranch Style seasoning. For all of us, nothing is ever going to be perfect for our individual tastes so use any food items you find to make your own world.

My Favorite

I have so many triggers and this is the main dressing I use as a marinade for my meat. Very good for when I’m too lazy to make my own.

Will not buy again..

Unfortunately, I did not care for the taste of this and had to throw it away...I am going back to avocado oil and white vinegar

Really good!

I really like the taste of this dressing, it goes extremely well with the chickpea/cucumber salad I like to make :)
