To me, this dressing has a harsh metallic taste. I discarded and just use red wine vinegar and oil.
I like this dressing better than the maple Dijon dressing, but the bottle is so small it only lasts for a few salads, so it's not the best value.
This is very herb forward yet extremely light . It’s excellent on hard veggies like carrots & cucumbers after marinating for an hour.( not greens)
Perhaps I am so immersed in my oil and vinegar dressing that I forgot what regular dressing tastes like. I was hopeful that I would enjoy this, I love the ketchup. I had a salad last night w this dressing and became violently ill about two hours after eating. I cant say for certain if it was because of this dressing, but that was the new introduction. I rarely challenge my fodmap diet and will not be finishing this bottle-- too bad it was expensive.
