Only reason I am rating this 4 stars is b/c I received mild Salsa instead of Medium.. so that was a bummer. But I am so happy to find spices and dressings that I can have and not be afraid to eat. I have been diagnosed with IBS-D for 15 years... recently was tested via a breath test and found out I have SEVERE Intolerance to Fructose. So, FOD elimination is under way - these products are helping make it tolerable and easy to adjust.
I use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of shallot-infused oil when recipe calls for onions. Very good flavor and it saves my time.
Give a man a marinara, he'll fodmap for a day. Give a man infused oil, he'll fodmap for a month or more!
