Almonds really irritate my IBS and these DO contain almonds so just be aware if you also have this sensitivity.

When I’m in a hurry, I will occasionally eat one of these bars for breakfast. I keep one in my purse for a quick snack as well. When I’m around high FODMAP options, it keeps me from reaching for something I know shouldn’t have. Peanut Butter Chocolate is my favorite flavor.
