It mixes well in warm water, a little goes a long way. Great flavor for replacing broth/stock in any recipe. We love this for ramen noodles as well.

This is the perfect basic chicken broth. Easily accepts spices of your choosing. Great for cooking and also great as a soup when you have an IBS flare-up! I also used it as the base for a low FODMAP gravy at Thanksgiving and the family loved it. Have already re-ordered.
One of the hardest things to modify after finding out my husband has IBS was cooking without chicken stock. I was so glad to find FODY has one that's good and easy to use. I also really like that's it's not pre-portioned cubes or packets.
First, it's wonderfully aromatic while you're cooking. I'm always excited to make soup just because the house smells so lovely while I'm cooking. I've used this soup base in turkey shepherd's pie, a potato kale soup and a simple veggie soup. We were all really happy with the results (no leftovers!). A lower sodium version would be welcome, but in the meantime I use about 2/3 the amount recommended on the packaging with no impact on taste. Fody to the rescue! Easy on the stomach, tastes great. Highly recommend.
