After completing the Fodmap Diet Test, he figured out many of his trigger foods. Unfortunately, garlic and onions are big ones but also so are tomatoes. Gone were so many of his favorite foods! However, Fody Ketchup has saved the day! Your ketchup is the only one that we have found that he can tolerate. Thankfully, it doesn't have to be 'tolerated,' it is thoroughly enjoyed and I have even used it for a topping for meatloaf. Thank you, Fody!

Honestly I've never been a huge fan of the very sweet, very Heinz ketchup. This one tastes healthy with a lil bit of sweetness and tartness. I wish there was more in the bottle, but such is life when ur making specialty foods I suppose. Love love love the ketchup

Maybe it’s just because I like my ketchup sweet, but this felt like I was just eating tomato and vinegar on potatoes. Also had the consistency of apple sauce which really threw me off. I understand it’s a specialty dietary restriction food and all, but it’s super disappointing to be on a budget and spend 8 dollars on a bottle of ketchup only to not like it. Felt fine after eating it though, so that’s a plus!!

I was very fussy about my kitchen before eating it was restricted due to my IBS. This ketchup is really good and has allowed me to eat ketchup again.
