Expensive and just okay

This product have a strong garlic smell which excited me but a pretty mild garlic taste. It was great in that it did not upset my stomach at all, but also in cooking and marinating, the garlic flavour was too weak to come through at all. Essentially turning it into a very overpriced (small) bottle of olive oil.

Maybe it’s better in salads and other raw/subtle foods? I could see the garlic flavour shining better in that context. A high quality, thoughtful product. but i was overall underwhelmed

Great product! Oil is nice and light with a hint of garlic. Well tolerated by someone with IBS and adds a little flavour to the food.
