5 Stars for the Fiber Bars!!

So grateful for these!! I struggle with finding snacks that are low FODMAP and actually taste good, but these check all the boxes.

Way too small; mediocre flavor

Serving size is one bar and they are TINY. Do not expect them to be a meal replacement in any way. There is minimal flavor, so not a very appealing tiny snack either. I like a lot of Fody products but these are a huge miss, considering there’s almost no prepackaged low-FODMAP food available anywhere.

Fiber bars

I'm not digesting fiber well, so these bars don't work for me. They taste well, but the chocolate chips fall off easily.
