I am very pleased that Fody has IBS/ low FODMAP approved snack bars. A nice mix of almonds and seeds. So easy to toss in a bag and go. And much healthier than other snack items. I personally don’t love coconut, so I kind of eat around it. I guess what I really desire is for Fody to produce another non-coconut, non-chocolate bar to pair with this Coconut Almond and their Dark Chocolate Nut bars. Maybe a mix of maple and brown sugar, macadamia or brazil nuts, and some good fiber seeds like chia and flax, and/ or dehydrated strawberry. Just keep up the good work! Thanks.

Both of the bars I bought were really good and I could eat one and not have any problems. These are great for when I am on the go or need a snack.
