Too Expensive for Just OK

I can say that the garlic smell & taste is present prior to cooking (dip your finger in the lid after opening, you'll know what I mean) -- but I cannot say that I have noticed that flavor all that much once I cook with it. Perhaps it is just overpowered by other spices I cook with, or it really is weak in flavor -- I cannot say for sure. While I think it's probably an okay product for the person who really is missing garlic in their cooking (and thus would likely pick up on even the most subtle taste), there are other infused oils for sale that are far more reasonably priced - like 8 oz/$7.75 ... 25.4 oz/$15.00... they don't have the Monash stamp BUT are recommended by familiar LowFODMAP experts.

Excellent olive oil flavour

I got this produce to put a little garlic flavour into stir-fry and the flavour is excellent, although quite mild. I also use as an oil with balsamic vinegar and it's really yummy
