Almond coconut bars

These are my least favorite of the bars that this company offers. I just don’t think they are very tasty

Second ingredient is a high fod-map food. These are not a low fod-map snack.

Ok I enjoy these a little too much for my own good. Again for me the best part is that I they don't bother my stomach!

Not for me!

Loved the taste of the Coconut Almond Bars and they are closest to a KIND bar so I thought. I'd love the KIND bars before getting IBS, but, I don't tolerate these types of bars due to the nuts and the sugar and fat content is too high for me as well.
