Terrific

The unsweetened ketchup is the best ketchup I have ever had.

Even before I stopped eating alliums, I sought out ketchup that used sugar over high fructose corn syrup, and more importantlythat listed vinegar as the second ingredient rather than a sweetener.

The Fody’s unsweetened ketchup to me has the most tomato forward flavor that I have experienced. Also, I think it’s well balanced with the Balsamic vinegar.

I can see where people with IBS or Crohn’s would not care for the cloves, chili, and cinnamon. Personally, I think they add a lot to the ketchup.

If you don’t like the overly sweet ketchups that are most commonly found on the store shelves, give this variety a try.

Yahoo ketchup!

Finally I have found a ketchup I can tolerate that tastes good! I used Fody's ketchup with my French fries and can't wait to put it on meat loaf, hot dogs, and scrambled eggs.

I spent decades eating processed ketchup, which was delicious, but bad for my body. And I'm grateful for this ketchup, but this is obviously not as sweet as what I'd been conditioned for- so for me, this ketchup takes a little getting used to. I bake potato wedges and dip them in this ketchup.
