I have tried many low FODMAP taco recipes and had been disappointed with each one. Some were better than others, but they were all lacking the flavor I enjoyed before my low FODMAP diet. I was visiting my parents when I found the Taco Sauce while shopping, which was not available among the other Fody options at my regular store. It was a great discovery and I now order multiple bottles of Taco Sauce at a time. I use it to help marinate the meat as well as a topping.

Unfortunately sodium content is very high. I use an entire bottle for 2-4 serving meal.
Would be great if was made with 1/2 the sodium. maybey offer no salt version for people with kidney or heart issues.
1/2 - 1 lbs of ground sirloin, or 1 - 2 cans of skipjack tuna(no salt) for tacos - sometimes add about 2 cups of vegetables.

Not being able to have taco sauce on Taco Tuesday was a bummer until this beauty showed up. So happy to have the flavor back without the discomfort! I don't know how they do it but Fody is amazing at finding a way to create balanced recipes without onions and garlic. Color me impressed!

Love it! This is now my favorite taco sauce. I wish it were easier to get. Our local grocer carried it for a minute, but they are all ways out.
