Loving the new Korean BBQ sauce! Great tangy flavor with a little bit of kick. Husband approved too! Thanks for developing these great tasting products for those of us with sensitive tummies.

I've been using this in Asian recipes where I would normally use a mixture of soy sauce and hoison sauce (sweeter), to great success in Filipino caldereta and Taiwanese 3-cup chicken to make it low FODMAP. It's spicier than I expected, but not hot, but I removed one star because it is very tart--and traditional Korean bbq sauce isn't this tart, but usually you can use the acidity to your advantage because it makes a dish lighter or more balanced. Try it!
