Gave me a migraine. Not low fod map.

Tasty but my gut couldn't handle it

I have to eat a low FODMAP diet because of GI issues and was hopeful about these bars. Alas, something in the ingredients still did me in and I couldn't tolerate them. They are yummy and I wish I could eat them without getting sick.

Better than good granola bar substitutes

These bars are my favorite so far. Even compared to non-Low FODMAP foods, these would probably win. They have a good mixture of protein and chocolatey deliciousness.
