    Delicious bars

    So happy with these bars. They are the perfect snack for my family and I. We are new to this low fod map concept and thought that this new way of eating would be boring. These bars are evidence that we ca do this. Our favorite ones are the the dark chocolate quinoa ones.

    Taste Good, a little pricey.

    I had no problem with the flavor or consistency. I'd prefer a more calorie packed bar because going FODMAP really lowers your food choices and calorie intake. A little expensive, but the price is the price!

    Portable Low-FODMAP Snacks!?

    I bring these with me to work everyday. Having portable food that is Low FODMAP is such a difficulty that we bought a dehydrator to try and solve the problem. But these! I can just order boxes of them and know that even of I'm stuck somewhere, I won't have to choose between hunger and IBS symptoms. What a game changer! Blueberry are my fave, but I like them all!
