This copy cat Cheesy Gordita Crunch recipe is quickly going to become your go-to taco night recipe. Crispy taco shells wrapped in corn tortillas with gooey cheddar cheese + stuffed with ground beef featuring Fody Foods Taco Seasoning, Taco Sauce, Mild Salsa and Garden Herb dressing is just bursting with zesty Mexican flavors and is bound to please the whole family!

        Directions for Fody's Cheesy Gordita Crunch CopyCat Recipe

        Pre-heat oven to 375F.

        In a large skillet over medium high heat, drizzle olive oil + heat till simmering. Add in ground beef and FodyFoods Taco Seasoning, breaking up ground beef with a spatula.

        Allow ground beef to brown approximately 7 minutes, then add FodyFoods Taco Sauce, continuing to break up beef as it browns.

        While beef finishes, grease a lined baking sheet and arrange soft corn tortillas on it.

        Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly onto each tortilla, then sprinkle additional Fody Foods Tacos seasoning on top of cheese.

        Bake for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is beginning to melt. Remove tray from oven + add hard taco shells by placing one side down onto the melted cheese. Bake an additional 2 minutes, then press the cheese side on to the hard shell tortilla and bake an additional 2 minutes to set.

        Before assembling tacos, in a small mixing bowl, mix up FodyFoods Garden Herb dressing and sour cream/greek yogurt.

        Once shells are set, divide ground beef up into each taco shell + top with shredded lettuce, FodyFoods Mild Salsa and sourcream Garden Herb dressing.
